Return & Exchange Policy

All products are made to order and produced in limited quantities. Because each item is printed specifically for your order, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us via our contact page with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost if the claim is approved.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered. If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
